Job Description
The Operations Associate will support the company's marketplace operations, facilitating connections between retailers and brands in the APAC region, with a focus on providing seamless online and offline infrastructure to enable business growth. The role is based in Hong Kong and requires bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support daily operations of the B2B marketplace platform
- Coordinate with retailers and brands to facilitate transactions and partnerships
- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships with existing partners
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and English
- Ability to work on-site in Hong Kong
