Work closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, drive alignment, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Have experience in technical recruiting, specifically for software talent.
Ability to research and identify qualified candidates for software roles.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
