Job Description
A technical recruiter responsible for managing the full-cycle hiring process for software roles at Loft, working closely with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast-growing space technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for software roles.
- Source and attract software talent for Loft's teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process - from sourcing to offer - for roles within Loft's Cockpit software and adjacent teams.
- Work closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, drive alignment, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Have experience in technical recruiting, specifically for software talent.
- Ability to research and identify qualified candidates for software roles.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Willingness to challenge assumptions and participate in respectful debate during the hiring process.
- Attach a copy of your resume in English for review by international offices.
