Job Description

The Senior AP Accountant supports core accounting functions such as T&E, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and cash payments, while also designing and implementing process improvements within these areas to support the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support core accounting tasks including T&E, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and cash payments
Design, document, and implement process improvements within accounting areas
Monitor and report on key business indicators, financial reporting, and cash management for the French subsidiary

Requirements

Support the finance team with core accounting tasks, including T E (Treasury and Expenses), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliations, and cash payments.
Take ownership of Accounts Payable (AP) and Treasury (T E) processes, including designing, documenting, and implementing process improvements within those areas.
Work independently and be able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively within an international team, convey complex ideas, and communicate important messages.
Ability to support daily monitoring of key business indicators, financial reporting, and cash management for the French subsidiary.
