Job Description
A Senior Sales Engineer responsible for supporting the entire sales process in the space industry, acting as a key technical resource from initial customer contact to contract signing, while helping to promote Loft's satellite and mission services globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in the entire sales process as a technical resource, from initial customer contact to contract signing.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding payload types and mission applications.
- Communicate complex technical ideas clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively, convey complex ideas, and communicate important messages.
- Experience involved in the entire sales process as a key technical resource, from initial conversation with the customer to contract signature.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge assumptions respectfully.
- Ability to work independently with autonomy and ownership to solve significant challenges.
- Experience or knowledge related to payload types, mission applications, and the space industry (implied by exposure to payloads, missions, and customer interactions in the space industry).
