Job Description
The Senior Satellite Program Manager will lead the execution of complex spacecraft and mission programs from contract award to on-orbit delivery, overseeing schedule, cost, risk, and coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and launch operations to ensure successful mission outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of complex spacecraft and mission programs from contract award through on-orbit delivery
- Establish a credible program baseline and drive disciplined execution across engineering, manufacturing, AIT, launch, and suppliers
- Build and own Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Manage program cost and risk
- Act as the primary execution interface to customers and internal leadership
Requirements
- Experience leading the execution of complex spacecraft and mission programs from contract award through on-orbit delivery.
- Ability to establish a credible program baseline and drive disciplined execution against it across engineering, manufacturing, AIT, launch, and suppliers.
- Hands-on execution leadership experience, not just coordination roles.
- Proficiency in building and owning Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
- Experience managing program cost and risk.
- Ability to act as the primary execution interface to customers and internal leadership.
