Job Description
The Electrical AIT Engineer is responsible for developing and executing electrical test procedures, troubleshooting electrical issues during satellite assembly and testing, and maintaining electrical ground support equipment in a satellite production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute electrical test scripts for satellite testing
- Troubleshoot electrical anomalies during Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT)
- Maintain Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) and other electrical equipment in the cleanroom environment
- Collaborate with test engineers to translate test requirements into procedures
- Serve as a first responder for electrical issues during satellite testing
Requirements
- Experience in developing and executing electrical test scripts for satellite or aerospace systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical anomalies during Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) phases of satellite development.
- Ability to maintain Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) and other electrical equipment within a cleanroom environment.
- Experience working closely with test engineers to translate test requirements into actionable procedures.
- Ability to serve as a first responder for electrical issues during satellite testing.
