A Customer Operations Engineer at Loft is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences during mission deployments by providing technical support, developing and deploying space missions, and collaborating with internal teams to refine mission software and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for on-orbit mission execution and issue resolution.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop and deploy space missions.
Refine and automate Cockpit functionality based on user feedback.
Apply technical expertise in software development, testing, and space operations to support mission success.
Requirements
Deep technical knowledge to address customer objectives and serve as the primary contact for on-orbit mission execution
Experience in facilitating issue resolution and collaboration with Product teams
Ability to develop and deploy missions within the Loft framework
Experience in refining Cockpit's functionality through automation and feedback interpretation to align with evolving user needs
Proficiency in software development, testing, space operations, and solutions engineering
