Job Description
The VP of Corporate Development at Last Energy is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions and projects such as M&A deals, debt offerings, joint ventures, and project finance, requiring strong financial modeling and risk assessment skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions and special projects
- Work on M&A deals, debt offerings, JV agreements, and project finance
- Develop financial models and assess risks to structure favorable terms for high-impact initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in sourcing, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions and special projects in a corporate development or finance role
- Experience working on M A deals, debt offerings, JV agreements, project finance, and sales channel partnerships
- Strong financial modeling expertise to support transaction evaluation and structuring
- Ability to identify edge-case risks and structure favorable terms in complex financial transactions
- Versatility in handling a range of finance-oriented projects and initiatives
