Job Description
The Technical Program Lead oversees the technical aspects of major client energy transformation projects, managing platform migrations and supporting client adoption of Kraken's sustainable energy platform to drive industry innovation and environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical orchestration of a major client program in energy operational transformation.
- Oversee the migration's technical pillar and manage ongoing technical relationships with clients.
- Support client adoption of the Kraken platform as part of their broader business transformation.
Requirements
- Lead the technical orchestration of a major client program, partnering with an international energy retailer in their operational transformation.
- Oversee the migration's technical pillar and manage the ongoing technical relationship, supporting the client’s adoption of the Kraken platform as part of their broader business transformation.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, self-starter, willing to roll up sleeves and get into the nitty gritty of a problem.
- Committed to delivering technology based on simplicity, client benefit, and efficiency.
- Ability to bring senior stakeholders through a journey of change.
- Willing to challenge beliefs and see through multiple viewpoints.
- Able to reach beyond your remit to support the client when needed.
- Proficiency in English, as the application process requires submitting a CV in English.
- Experience in leading technical programs or migrations in the energy or related sectors (implied by leading a major client program and overseeing migrations).
