Program Manager, AI Transformation

• Setting up and running the PMO: SteerCo prep, regular reporting on programme health, workstream governance • Coordinate and mobilise across People, Engineering, Product and Enablement to resolve dependencies and keep execution moving • Owning budget, staffing, reporting and KPIs across all workstreams • Tracking what we need to know: token costs, adoption rates, cycle-time reduction, manual workflow automation • Working with the SME working group on data privacy, client trust and compliance • Making sure "now", "next" and "later" projects don't collapse into one lane
