Job Description
A detail-oriented Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely employee payments, maintaining compliance with laws and policies, and collaborating with People Operations, Finance, and external providers to support efficient payroll processes on a fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws and internal policies related to payroll
- Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and external providers to support payroll processes
- Support other People Operations processes as needed
Requirements
- A detail-oriented and trustworthy Payroll Specialist with the ability to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Experience maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies related to payroll.
- Ability to work closely with People Operations, Finance, and external providers to support a smooth and efficient payroll process.
- Willingness to collaborate in other People Operations processes as needed.
- Availability to work on a fixed-term contract duration of 6 months to 1 year to cover parental leave.
