Job Description
The Senior Accountant - Fixed Asset Leasing Accountant is responsible for managing all aspects of fixed asset and lease accounting, including recording, transferring, disposing of assets, tracking construction in process, and reconciling related schedules to the general ledger.
Key Responsibilities
- Record, transfer, and dispose of fixed assets
- Track and record construction in process
- Perform monthly reconciliations of the fixed asset subledger and construction in process schedule to the general ledger
- Record and track all company leases
Requirements
- Responsible for all aspects of fixed asset and lease accounting, including recording, transfer, and disposal of fixed assets, recording and tracking of construction in process, and recording and tracking of all company leases.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of the fixed asset subledger and construction in process schedule to the general ledger.
- Ensure accurate recording and tracking of all company leases.
