Job Description
The Manager of Commercial Operations is responsible for analyzing market data and developing strategies to optimize pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs in the cannabis industry, driving profitability and customer engagement across wholesale and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities

- Proven experience in leading data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs in a fast-growing industry.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights for business growth.
- Experience in the cannabis industry or a similarly regulated and fast-growing sector is preferred.
- Ability to lead and develop strategies that support profitability and customer engagement through data analysis.
- Knowledge of retail and wholesale channel operations within the cannabis industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to present data insights and strategic recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
