Job Description

The Senior Manager of Inventory Accounting is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial analysis of grow facilities operations, ensuring accurate inventory costing, compliance, and standardization across sites, while providing financial insights to support operational leadership and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all grow facilities operations accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Drive standardization of accounting processes across all grow sites.
Collaborate with operations and general accounting teams to oversee costing, compliance, and inventory analytics.
Provide timely and accurate financial data to operational leadership to support forecasting and KPI tracking.
Supervise regional team members responsible for inventory accounting.
