Job Description
The Shift Supervisor partners with the Dispensary Manager to lead and motivate the dispensary team, oversee inventory management, receive deliveries, restock products, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-growing cannabis retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead and motivate the team
- Lead by example in providing excellent service, dedication, and energy
- Receive deliveries and ensure accurate input of inventory data
- Restock products on the sales floor
- Maintain FIFO order for all products
Requirements
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team effectively.
- Lead by example by demonstrating service, dedication, pace, and energy.
- Be primarily responsible for receiving deliveries and inputting inventory data.
- Restock product on the floor and ensure that all product remains in FIFO (First-In, First-Out) order.
- Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team while maintaining a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
