Requirements
Proven experience in research, analysis, and merchandising recommendations related to a category of products, with the ability to lead data-driven strategies that optimize pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs within the cannabis industry.
Ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive profitability, enhance customer engagement, and support strategic decision-making across wholesale and retail channels.
Experience in developing and implementing strategies to optimize pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs in a fast-growing industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
Excellent understanding of data analysis tools and techniques relevant to commercial analytics.
Ability to support and influence strategic decision-making processes through data insights.
Experience working in or with multi-state cannabis companies or similar regulated industries is preferred.
Knowledge of the cannabis industry, including retail locations, cultivation, processing, manufacturing, and online platforms, is preferred.
Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
