Job Description
The Dispensary General Manager oversees daily retail operations at a cannabis dispensary, including staffing, training, inventory management, compliance, and customer interaction, ensuring a positive patient experience and a strong team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail operations including staffing, training, and scheduling
- Oversee purchasing, visual merchandising, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Handle cash management and financial transactions

Requirements
- Experience in managing day-to-day retail operations including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management, inventory management, and compliance adherence.
- Competence to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills to lead and interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to ensure a positive culture and the best possible patient experience for clientele.
