Job Description
The Dispensary General Manager oversees daily retail operations at a cannabis dispensary, including staffing, training, inventory management, compliance, and customer interaction, ensuring a positive patient experience and a strong team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail operations including staffing, training, and scheduling
- Oversee purchasing, visual merchandising, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Handle cash management and financial transactions
- Interact with patients and team members to promote a positive culture and enhance patient experience
Requirements
- The candidate must have experience in managing day-to-day retail operations including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management, inventory management, and compliance adherence.
- The candidate must demonstrate competence in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate must possess strong leadership skills.
- The candidate must have the ability to effectively interact with patients and other members of the team to ensure a positive culture and the best possible patient experience.
