Job Description
The Employee Relations Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor responsible for implementing employee relations strategies across multiple locations, ensuring policy consistency, conducting investigations, and fostering a fair and engaging work environment within the cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the company's employee relations strategy across a designated region
- Ensure consistent application of ER policies and practices at all regional locations
- Maintain a frequent on-site presence at regional locations
- Conduct proactive feedback sessions with employees
- Investigate employee concerns raised through anonymous reporting tools
Requirements
- Deep Employee Relations (ER) and union experience, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor and proactive leader responsible for executing the company's employee relations strategy across a designated region.
- Ability to ensure consistent application of ER policies and practices at all regional locations, including union and non-union environments.
- Maintain a frequent on-site presence at regional locations.
- Conduct proactive feedback sessions with employees.
- Conduct hands-on investigations of concerns raised through anonymous reporting tools.
- Possess exceptional analytical skills to analyze ER data and issues.
- Be a mobile, data-driven professional capable of working across diverse locations.
