Job Description
The Accountant - Retail Operations Audit Manager is responsible for leading internal audits of retail and manufacturing operations to ensure operational, financial, compliance, and risk controls are effectively implemented and maintained within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Internal Audit plan for Jushi Holdings.
- Conduct operational audits across retail and manufacturing operations.
- Provide operational, financial, compliance, and risk-based assurance and advice to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in leading the execution of an Internal Audit plan, specifically focusing on operational audits across retail and manufacturing operations.
- Proven expertise in operational, financial, compliance, and risk-based assurance and providing advice to internal stakeholders.
- Strong controls expertise with the ability to evaluate and improve internal controls within retail and manufacturing environments.
- Motivated and results-oriented professional with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Educational background or professional experience relevant to accounting, internal audit, or controls (implied but not explicitly specified).
