Job Description
The Head of Sales at Jua is responsible for leading the company's go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth through product-led and enterprise sales, and building relationships with key industry stakeholders in energy trading, utilities, and financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and refine a hybrid product-led growth and enterprise sales funnel
- Set and own quarterly and annual revenue targets, forecast, and track performance
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Design and execute growth-hacking initiatives such as email campaigns and paid outreach
- Travel internationally to meet prospects, deliver workshops, and build relationships
- Act as the primary external voice for Jua.ai through thought leadership, webinars, and industry events
Requirements
- 8 years of B2B software sales experience, carrying an individual quota
- At least two years spent as the founding member of a sales team in a high growth early stage environment
- A high-achiever with a demonstrated track record of success in sales
- Prior experience owning both demand generation and direct sales, e.g., as Head of Growth, Growth Marketing, or Head of Sales
- Deep domain knowledge of the weather- or energy industry
- Able to speak the language of traders, meteorologists, and technical decision-makers and act as a trusted and credible advisor
- Previously sold 6-figure contracts
