Job Description

The Account Executive - New Business at Celonis is responsible for driving new business opportunities and securing new logo wins within large and enterprise-level businesses, managing the entire sales cycle and engaging with C-level stakeholders to demonstrate the value of Celonis' process mining technology.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo wins within the large and enterprise level business sector.
  • Hunt down and create new business opportunities within allocated accounts.
  • Hold individual revenue and new logo target for closing six-figure deals.
  • Engage with C-level and below stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Understand and communicate the strategic and operational needs of target accounts.
  • Drive the sales process through structured stages from prospecting to closing.
  • Deliver use case specific pitches and demos to demonstrate solution value.
  • Engage closely with partners, including consulting firms and SaaS partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including business development, pre-sales, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Successful SaaS sales experience in a new business focused sales role.
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in selling enterprise business applications such as Analytics, BI, ERP to buyer personas in the business up to C-level, including CFO, CSCO, COO, and CPO.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes and KPIs in areas such as Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Crisp and fluent communication and strong presentation skills in German OR French and English.
