Job Description
The Service Desk Administrator is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for end users, managing hardware and software issues, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents in a primarily on-site environment across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer technical assistance
- Troubleshoot complex incidents independently
- Configure and stage end user workstations
- Maintain accurate inventory of assets and consumables
- Provide prompt and professional service with timely resolution of requests
- Handle incoming calls, walk-in customers, and support tickets
- Liaise with team members to ensure ticket resolution
Requirements
- Three years of experience in hardware and software support
- Three years of experience with Windows desktop administration
- Three years of experience configuring and troubleshooting applications on Windows and/or MacOS
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Exemplary attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations
- Ability to make decisions, take ownership, and use own initiative to resolve problems
- Experience creating technical documentation for IT processes
- Experience with ticket tracking systems
- Experience with direct customer interaction, providing training and support to end users
- A degree in a relevant technical field or related experience
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Must be able to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security , CySA) within 6 months of hire
- Physical ability to occasionally stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Physical ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- This position is 100% on-site, requiring working evenings and weekends with little to no advance notice
- Willingness to rotate between multiple locations in Calabasas, Camarillo, Malibu, Santa Monica, and Thousand Oaks, CA

Compensation range of $34.07 - $41.54 per hour
