Job Description
The position involves providing technical leadership in the design and development of advanced antenna and phased array systems, requiring deep expertise in electromagnetic and antenna problems, and interacting with customers to shape future research programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for design and development of advanced antenna and phased array systems
- Solve complex electromagnetic (EM) and antenna problems
- Lead major research proposals and define technical scope
- Interact with customers to shape future programs and requirements
Requirements
- 20 years of progressive technical leadership experience in antenna and phased array systems.
- Demonstrated history of technical leadership roles and driving successful, major design efforts in complex phased array and electromagnetic (EM) systems.
- Deep, demonstrable expertise in solving complex electromagnetic (EM) and antenna problems.
- Proven ability to perform and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Proven ability to define and lead the technical volume for major research proposals.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers to shape future programs.
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Applied Physics.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Must have, or the ability to obtain and maintain, an active U.S. Security Clearance.
