Project Manager II

• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-contract through execution, completion, and operational deployment. • Lead weekly project status calls with customers and coordinate across Customer Success, Energy, and Supply Chain teams. • Manage multiple projects across various stages simultaneously. • Select engineering consultants and installation contractors for each project. • Negotiate and execute project-based subcontractor agreements. • Coordinate with utilities for service upgrades and interconnection scopes of work. • Support submission of all project permitting requirements. • Establish and maintain project cost forecasts and actuals. • Develop and drive detailed project schedules. • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to solve unique project challenges.

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of direct project management experience in electrical or civil construction, OR 6+ years of direct construction project management experience. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • EV charging infrastructure experience. • Renewable energy project experience (V2G, BESS, solar, storage, microgrid).
