• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Master’s degree preferred. • 5+ years of relevant experience. • Experience with complex regulatory and financial models. • Strong communications skills. • Experience as an expert witness in regulatory proceedings is a strong plus. • Previous project and client management is a strong plus.
