A Technical Sourcer at Gridmatic Inc. is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top technical talent to build and strengthen the company's engineering teams, utilizing creative sourcing strategies and talent market mapping.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and attract top technical talent.
- Proactively source candidates across various technical disciplines.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Map talent markets and develop creative sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to high hiring standards by sourcing suitable candidates.
Requirements
- Proactively sourcing candidates across various technical disciplines to build a robust pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Experience in building pipelines and mapping talent markets to identify potential candidates.
- Ability to develop creative and effective strategies to engage with technical talent.
- Reporting to the Recruiting and Operations Manager as the first sourcer on a recruiting team of three.
