Job Description
The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for managing workflows, coordinating with sales teams and external brokers, and maintaining data integrity to ensure the smooth execution of sales and retail energy services in a fast-paced startup environment focused on clean energy and AI-powered power markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workflows related to sales and retail energy service deliverables
- Liaise with sales team and external brokers to coordinate activities
- Coordinate with pricing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain data integrity across sales and operational systems
Requirements
- Manage workflows, liaise with sales team and external brokers, coordinate with pricing and operations, and maintain data integrity in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work and collaborate in-person in a hybrid work environment, with a policy of 50% in-office work, typically 2 or 3 days a week.
