Job Description
The Senior Technical Recruiter at Gotion Inc. is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment of technical roles to support the rapid growth of the company's advanced battery manufacturing facility, focusing on sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles including engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and technical leadership positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and leadership to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent through various channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates in critical technical domains.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Enhance employer branding through external networking, partnerships, and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or advanced technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Expertise in direct sourcing, networking, and engaging with passive talent across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, with demonstrated experience in both volume and niche hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Commitment to promoting diversity and creating an inclusive hiring environment.
Benefits & Perks
Salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 plus eligibility for bonus and benefits
