Job Description
The Senior Contract Manager at Gotion Inc. is responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance of commercial and vendor contracts, while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize contract processes and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, edit, and finalize commercial and vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and amendments.
- Coordinate contract negotiations with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Manage contract documentation, including tagging, storage, and retrieval within contract management systems.
- Partner with legal and business teams to ensure contracts align with company objectives and legal standards.
- Monitor key contract dates, renewals, expirations, and obligations, and administer alerts or dashboards.
- Support audits by preparing contract summaries and documentation.
- Identify and escalate contract risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Analyze and improve contract processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Train internal teams on contract protocols and use of contract management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and or paralegal certification
- At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, paralegal work, or a related role
- Proficiency with contract document management systems and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management (CLM) software is preferred
- Prior exposure to SaaS, IT services, or technology procurement contracts is preferred
- Corporate record-keeping experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders
