Job Description
The Senior Operations Specialist at Gotion Inc. supports executive activities, coordinates cross-functional efforts, and manages operational tasks to facilitate the company's growth in the electric vehicle and energy storage sectors, requiring strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support executives with strategy, planning, client meetings, and operational execution
- Lead cross-functional coordination during company growth and market expansion
- Participate actively in business trips, client visits, and important meetings
- Act as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external partners
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 5 years of work experience in operations, business support, or similar roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel and a dynamic workload
- Ability to work directly with executives with a high level of professionalism
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $95,000 - $110,000 USD
