Job Description

The role involves managing and developing passenger car projects in the electric vehicle and energy storage industry, leading business negotiations, coordinating internal resources, and supporting market expansion efforts to achieve sales targets and promote sustainable green energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the annual sales target
  • Track and develop passenger car projects, understand product needs, and coordinate internal resources
  • Lead business negotiations with customers and support the project lifecycle from initial contact to product delivery
  • Understand the company's product line, monitor peer competition, and provide market feedback for product positioning
  • Prepare project quotations considering competitor pricing, raw material costs, and company pricing strategies
  • Participate in industry exhibitions to stay informed about industry developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with preferred majors in marketing, mechanical, electrical, economic management, or related fields
  • More than 5 years of experience in vehicle, parts, international market development, or battery industry sales, with relevant customer resources of vehicle manufacturers preferred
  • Experience in overseas market sales and the ability to adapt to domestic and foreign business trips or short-term concurrent residence, demonstrating strong overseas market development ability
  • Ability to handle internal and external relations, understand basic business etiquette, and independently receive customer visits
  • Strong compression resistance and strain capacity
  • Clear logic, certain negotiation skills, and driving force
  • Proficiency in English written and spoken communication
  • Ability to track and develop passenger car projects, understand product needs, coordinate internal resources, and promote project targeting
  • Ability to lead business negotiations with customers and support the entire project lifecycle from initial contact to product delivery
  • Comprehensive understanding of the company's product line, peer competition, and effective consumption demand, providing market feedback for product market positioning
  • Ability to participate in new energy industry exhibitions and obtain the latest industry development information
