Job Description
A Receptionist at Gotion Inc. will serve as the front face of the company, managing the front desk, coordinating meetings, supporting administrative and facilities teams, and ensuring a professional image in a state-of-the-art EV battery manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk of the showroom and serve as the face of Gotion for client and guest visits
- Set up meetings with clients and internal teams
- Maintain inventory supplies
- Support the administration team with various tasks
- Assist the facilities team as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- College degree would be heavily preferred
- Be very detail oriented
- Maintain a highly professional image and persona
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
