Job Description
The Quality Director at Gotion Inc. will lead the company's quality strategies across manufacturing, warehouse, and supplier operations, ensuring product excellence, customer satisfaction, and efficient production ramp-up in the electric vehicle and energy storage battery industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality tools, processes, and systems for manufacturing and warehouse operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all quality functions
- Manage customer-facing quality programs and aftermarket service
- Oversee product quality during production ramp-up and support scaling to full capacity
- Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and collaborate with procurement and production teams
- Deploy and manage quality inspectors based on production line requirements
- Monitor and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing quality management.
- Proven track record in production ramp-up and quality systems development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

Compensation/salary range: $180,000 - $230,000 with 20% bonus
