Job Description
The Production Supervisor for the ESS Line is responsible for overseeing and managing the manufacturing operations of energy storage systems within a battery factory, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and team leadership to support production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the production team for the ESS Line, including operators and technicians
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to implement production strategies to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality
- Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards in manufacturing processes
- Ensure production schedules are met and products meet quality standards
- Identify, assess, and manage production-related risks and issues, implementing corrective actions
- Oversee and monitor inventory levels of raw materials and work-in-progress to maintain efficient production
- Provide guidance and support to production team members to ensure smooth operations and a safe working environment
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in production supervision, preferably within the manufacturing of energy storage systems or similar products.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Compensation/salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 USD
