Job Description
The Production Planning Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing detailed production plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources and inventory, and monitoring production progress to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of lithium batteries and related systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed production schedules based on demand, orders, inventory, and capacity
- Supervise and optimize allocation of manpower, equipment, and raw materials
- Monitor production progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure production continuity and cost efficiency
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, quality, and sales teams to align production activities with company priorities
- Analyze production data to support strategic planning and continuous improvement
- Prepare reports on production KPIs such as output, efficiency, cost, and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of related working experience in production planning or operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in office tools including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook.
- Preferably, experience with data virtualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong learning agility and adaptability.
- High level of execution and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Strong team leadership and collaboration spirit.
Benefits & Perks
US base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000
