Job Description
A Production Associate at Gotion Inc. supports the assembly, quality inspection, and maintenance of battery packs in a manufacturing environment, ensuring process stability, safety, and high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble battery packs and related components with precision
- Perform quality inspections and spot checks
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Contribute to a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles
- Utilize tightness testing equipment to ensure product integrity
- Adhere to safety protocols and handle materials properly
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Basic computer skills for using manufacturing software if applicable
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to meet specific visual acuity requirements including near and far vision, depth perception, and color vision
- Able to wear steel-toed work boots

Compensation/salary range: $18 - $20 per hour
