Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack Module pilot production line, achieving target yield, capabilities, throughput, and OEE
Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in-process quality checks
Support initial process qualification and drive continuous improvement
Facilitate problem-solving using quality tools
Develop and maintain process documents
Conduct training for production employees
Requirements
Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack Module pilot production line, hitting target yield, capabilities, throughput, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in-process quality checks.
Support initial process qualification, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate problem-solving using quality tools.
Develop and maintain process documents, conduct training for production employees.
2-10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in Pack Module assembly processes.
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.
