The Lean Supervisor is responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in manufacturing by leading lean initiatives, analyzing performance data, and engaging employees to enhance production efficiency and standardization in a battery and EV manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance production efficiency and equipment utilization.
Analyze OEE data, conduct capacity evaluations, and implement measures to improve equipment takt time and reduce failure rates.
Lead lean improvement projects, organize plant-wide lean activities, and oversee 5S initiatives.
Train employees on lean tools and methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with standard work and lean documentation.
Coordinate data collection and analysis for operational performance, prepare capacity reports, and evaluate production line capacity.
Track, report, and communicate progress of improvement initiatives and results.
Lead factory-wide 5S and sustainability programs to ensure standards are met and maintained.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Strong team leadership and collaboration mindset.
Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence roles.
Experience with OEE systems, performance analytics, and production metrics.
Manufacturing experience in battery, EV, automotive, industrial, or high-volume production environments.
Experience leading Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and CI initiatives.
