The HR Coordinator at Gotion Inc. provides administrative support to the HR team, focusing on onboarding, training coordination, employee relations, and maintaining HR records to ensure a smooth and organized employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding activities, including scheduling, paperwork collection, and new hire communication
Prepare onboarding materials and ensure completion of required documentation by new hires
Educate new hires on HR policies, procedures, and site-specific expectations
Support planning and execution of orientation sessions
Assist in scheduling, tracking attendance, and managing training materials for training initiatives
Coordinate external training programs and maintain training records
Maintain employee personnel, medical, and compliance files
Update employee information in HRIS systems
Provide administrative support such as report generation, scheduling, and data entry
Post communication materials and support employee inquiries
Process employee status changes, transfers, and leave documentation
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Requirements
Associate degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree a plus
2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with HR systems data entry
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with guidance
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
Experience supporting onboarding, training programs, or employee relations activities
Experience maintaining employee personnel files, medical files, and compliance documentation
Ability to update employee information in HRIS platforms under the direction of HR leadership
Ability to support HR operations including report generation, scheduling, and data entry
Ability to assist with processing employee status changes, transfers, and leave documentation
Support employee inquiries regarding onboarding, training, or basic HR procedures
Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information in compliance with policies and regulations
Support HR team with special projects and additional duties as assigned
