Job Description
The Sales Manager EV Charging at Gotion Inc. is responsible for achieving sales targets by developing and managing EV charging and industrial projects, negotiating with customers, and promoting the company's energy storage solutions within the green energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through direct sales and marketing tactics
- Track and develop EV charging and industrial projects, understanding product needs and coordinating internal resources
- Lead business negotiations with customers and support the entire project lifecycle from engagement to product delivery
- Understand and analyze the company's product line, market landscape, and customer feedback to position products effectively
- Lead quotation processes and price products based on value proposition and competitive analysis
- Participate in industry exhibitions to stay informed on industry developments
Requirements
- Achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with a direct sales approach and innovative marketing and promotional tactics.
- Track and develop EV charging and industrial projects by understanding product needs, coordinating internal resources, and targeting high value and strategic programs.
- Lead the business negotiation with customers and support the entire project lifecycle from early engagement to contract review and subsequent product delivery.
- Meticulously grasp the company’s product line, understand the competitive landscape and demand, provide market feedback, VOC, and position products for success.
- Lead the quotation process at each stage of the project and price products based on value proposition and competitive comparisons.
- Participate in green energy industry-related exhibitions and obtain the latest development information in the industry.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, engineering, communications, or other relevant fields.
- Have North America market sales experience, with more than 2 years of experience in EV charging equipment, parts, or services sales, and relevant customer contacts.
- Have a track record of progressive sales growth of technical products in Automotive, Commercial, or Industrial segments.
- Possess experience with Fleet, Auto OEM, or Auto Dealerships (preferred).
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally on business trips or short-term residence.
- Possess critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data into meaningful results.
- Have clear logic, negotiation skills, and a proven track record of motivating teams.
- Master skills in handling internal and external relations, understand basic business etiquette, and be able to independently receive customer visits.
- Have proficiency in English written and spoken communication.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: USD 1,200 to USD 2,000 (dependent on skills, qualifications, experiences, and location)
