The Strategy Execution Director is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and ensuring the growth and operational excellence of the Payments Solutions division, acting as a key leader in shaping the future of the company's payments business.

- The candidate must have experience in optimizing operations, improving cross-functional coordination, and proactively solving challenges before they arise.
- The candidate must have a proven track record of shaping the future of a payments business or similar financial services division, ensuring scalable growth, operational excellence, and maintaining a competitive market position.
- The candidate must be able to act as a force multiplier, enhancing team and organizational effectiveness.
- The candidate must be willing to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or other managers related to the department or position.
- The candidate must be capable of performing the general nature and level of work described, with the ability to adapt to changes or reassignments of job responsibilities as determined by the company.
