Job Description
A Staff Software Engineer specializing in Flutter, responsible for providing technical leadership and developing a new CRM platform for clients in the trades, working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development and growth of the mobile team.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build a new CRM platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure best practices in mobile development.
Requirements
- Experience as a Staff Software Engineer with a focus on Flutter development.
- Ability to play a critical role in the technical leadership and growth of a mobile team.
- Experience working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build new platforms.
- Proven experience in building and deploying mobile applications using Flutter.
- Strong understanding of mobile app development best practices and principles.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development of a CRM platform or similar enterprise applications.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers related to the position or department.
