A senior technical leadership role focused on designing and delivering AI-powered platform capabilities to enhance personalized, secure, and scalable consumer experiences across mobile and web applications, while mentoring engineering teams and shaping the company's technological culture.
Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and personalized content delivery across mobile and web applications

Requirements
- Experience leading the design and delivery of intelligent platform capabilities that power data-driven consumer experiences.
- Strong background in marrying architectural excellence with AI Large Language Model (LLM) innovation.
- Ability to shape how systems interact with and serve personalized, secure, and scalable content across mobile and web applications.
- Proven experience mentoring other engineers and influencing broader engineering culture.
- Experience working in a hybrid role with at least one day per week reporting into a tech hub.
- Demonstrated expertise in software engineering, including designing scalable and secure systems.
- Experience with AI technologies, particularly in developing or integrating AI-powered applications.
- Ability to lead complex technical projects and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, security, and scalability principles.
- Experience working in a collaborative work culture and contributing to team success.
