Job Description
The Senior Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading sourcing and negotiation activities within the procurement team to achieve cost savings and operational excellence, partnering with internal teams to align strategies and manage the full procurement lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills to partner closely with internal teams and align sourcing strategies with business goals.
- Ability to execute the full procurement lifecycle with precision and accountability.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience working within a procurement or sourcing team, preferably in a high-performing, small team setting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies that support business objectives.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation range: $110,000 to $140,000 annually
