Job Description
A Senior Software Engineer responsible for developing, testing, and scaling Node.js applications within a collaborative team, working closely with product managers to deliver innovative solutions for sustainable financing and home efficiency products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive development tasks for the Consumer Solutions team
- Coordinate with other engineers to solve complex problems
- Work closely with product managers to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Write well-tested, performant, and scalable code
- Take initiative and work independently in a small, agile team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on developing scalable, performant, and well-tested code.
- Experience working with Node.js in a professional setting.
- Ability to drive development tasks independently and take initiative in a small, agile team environment.
- Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with other engineers and work closely with product managers to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through effective development and teamwork.
- Proactive attitude and drive to innovate in delivering best-in-class products.
- Ability to work without the need for constant supervision or direction.
