Job Description
A Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enhancements to GoodLeap's Salesforce platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to create solutions using both custom code and low-code tools in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy new or enhanced Salesforce functionality.
- Collaborate with Solution Analysts, Engineering Managers, and peer teams to implement solutions.
- Utilize custom code and low-code/declarative tools to develop Salesforce solutions.
- Support enhancements for either Mortgage Sales or Consumer Solutions Salesforce instances.
- Take ownership of development tasks end-to-end and continuously improve skills.
Requirements
- Experience supporting the ongoing enhancement of Salesforce platform, including designing, developing, and deploying new or enhanced functionality across two instances of Salesforce.
- Proficiency in developing solutions using a mix of custom code and low-code development, utilizing declarative tools when possible.
- Ability to work closely with Solution Analysts, Engineering Managers, peer developers, and peer technology teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Ownership of work end-to-end, demonstrating high curiosity, engagement, and continuous learning to hone skills.
- Experience supporting either Mortgage Sales or Consumer Solutions enhancements within Salesforce, depending on assignment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role, reporting one day a week into the nearest tech hub.
