Job Description
A Senior Quality Engineer responsible for developing and executing test strategies, automating tests, and improving software quality and resilience throughout the development lifecycle to support high-quality delivery at GoodLeap.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies and author automated tests
- Execute tests and analyze results
- Advise on testability and best practices for software quality
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Support development teams as an embedded quality assurance resource
- Implement and enhance measurement of quality metrics related to resilience
Requirements
- Strong understanding of software quality processes and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through collaboration and innovative thinking
- Experience in developing test strategies for software products
- Experience in authoring automated tests and executing tests
- Ability to advise on testability and best practices for quality throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Experience supporting development teams as an embedded team member
- Ability to implement and enhance the measurement of actionable quality metrics and outcomes related to resilience
- Experience in influencing and contributing to a comprehensive quality program
- Ability to develop processes and tests that strengthen a culture of quality and high-velocity delivery
