Job Description
A techno-functional business analyst responsible for designing and prototyping CRM solutions within Salesforce to improve customer and partner experiences, streamline workflows, and support scalable growth across various solution areas at GoodLeap.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and prototype CRM solutions that improve customer and partner experiences
- Work across multiple solution areas including Consumer, Mortgage, Servicing, Payment, and Business Solutions to ensure Salesforce supports efficient workflows and scalable growth
- Analyze and understand business processes to develop techno-functional requirements for Salesforce implementations
Requirements
- A techno-functional business analyst who understands the complexities of business processes and can collaborate with stakeholders to design and prototype CRM solutions that enhance both customer and partner experiences.
- Experience working across one or many solution areas including Consumer Solutions, Mortgage Solutions, Servicing Solutions, Payment Solutions, and Business Solutions to ensure Salesforce enables frictionless experiences, efficient workflows, and scalable growth.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role reporting one day a week into the nearest tech hub.
