Job Description
A Product Manager responsible for leading the automation of operational workflows within GoodLeap's Virtual Power Plant platform, focusing on transforming manual processes into seamless, scalable, and efficient automated systems to enhance performance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the automation of operational workflows for the Virtual Power Plant platform.
- Develop tools and systems to increase efficiency, provide insights, and ensure dispatch success at scale.
- Collaborate across Product, Data, Engineering, and Operations teams to optimize workflows and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Experience leading the automation of operational workflows tied to a Virtual Power Plant platform.
- Ability to turn operational pain points into seamless, automated product experiences.
- Experience working at the intersection of Product, Data, Engineering, and Operations to build tools and systems that increase efficiency, unlock insights, and drive dispatch success at scale.
- Proven track record of developing and managing products that improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Strong understanding of dispatch processes, participant targeting, pre-event optimizations, real-time monitoring, and post-event reporting within energy or similar operational workflows.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and scale products rapidly as the business grows.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams including Product, Data, Engineering, and Operations.
